It varies widely, based on how much streaming is done; and whether mercury-free or older, better non-mercury-free #13 cells (~240 mAh) are used.
Typically the Halo draws about 2.2 — 2.5mA in use, and about 5 — 5.5 mAh when streaming
My experience with the battery life for Halo2 hearing aids is that they last about 7-10 days, based on full-time use (12+hours per day). This can be affected by the amount of streaming use (i.e. cell phone, other app). If you are a heavy cell phone user or watch movies on your iPad, the drain could be even higher.
As someone who wears Halo 2 everyday to test out since March, it lasts anywhere from 4 to 8 days depending on how much streaming you do from your phone. Normally 13's last 10 days or above but because it streams consistently it draws more power. They are awesome instruments.

A typical 312 battery will last approximately 5-7 days andd a typical 13 battery will last 7-10 days, but if you are streaming then battery life will be less for both battery sizes.
