EDEN PRAIRIE, MINN – Starkey Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of Culture, Jessica Perez, has been named a Notable Leader in Recruitment and Talent by Twin Cities Business Magazine. This recognition honors human resources professionals who are leaders in their field, helping create and drive great places to work within their communities.

Jessica Perez has more than 20 years of experience in the Human Resources industry and has spent 12 years of her career pushing Starkey to new heights. In her current role, she creates a culture of belonging for Starkey employees by developing and executing people-centered strategies that reinforce Starkey’s values and attract and retain the best talent.
