I am so happy to share my experience at Salem Audiology Clinic. My audiologist, Christiana, is completely wonderful! She is knowledgeable, professional and also very kind and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about her! And of course, the office staff there is excellent too - welcoming and professional. If you are thinking about scheduling an audiology exam, don't hesitate. I did hesitate for the longest time, but now I can say that my experience there has been life-changing. You cannot do any better than Salem Audiology. They are the best!
Read moreI found Scot Frink through helpful posts to hearing aid forums. I called him to see if he could help me with remote visits since I live in Texas. He spent a half hour with me over the phone and would not charge me for his advice but referred me to a specialist in Texas. If I lived it Oregon I wouldn't see anyone else. He is an expert.
Read moreI am a first time hearing aid wearer who decided to treat my hearing loss. I had difficulty finding a qualified provider in my area and had problems setting up an appointment. I could not find consistent contact with anyone in the four offices I contacted . I was impressed with the difference in service with Dr. Frink. He is experienced and knowledgeable and his staff is courteous and understanding. Dr. Frink is patient and i feel I received personal attention. He was clear and concise and answered my many, many questions. I did not feel pressured to make an immediate decision or to purchase more than my projected budget. I had an amazing experience overall.
Read moreI've been with them for nearly 20 years, now on my third pair of hearing aids. I've found them to be professional, honest, free with advice, easy to get an appointment, and never pushy to sell the most expensive product. My impression is that they truly care about their customers not how to best empty their pockets. Scot is especially good. They also run free classes on various hearing issues for customers. I can drop in any time to have the aids cleaned and usually within a day or two have them adjusted. Two thumbs up!
Read moreExcellent service. The staff are very professional, very knowledgeable, and they listen and pay attention to the patient's needs. I will definitely go back.

Dr. Frink is extremely knowledgeable in his field. One get the impression that he is very up to date on the latest technology related to all the test machines, the hearing aids, and more importantly, the many type of assistive devices that work with hearing aids to achieve the best in sound quality and effective hearing in many environmental situations. He is very effective to communicate the hearing loss, coping with it and how to overcome it. While he does present with many options for hearing aids, there is never ever any pressure for you to buy! He does go further, once you decide to buy hearing aids and/od devices, he will follow with you for the month, scheduling weekly appointments as necessary to adjust hearing aids and answer any further questions. He is an outstanding and I highly recommend him and his clinic for all your Hearing Loss issues!
Dr. Frink is a true gem! He was incredibly helpful to me while I was researching options to get my mother's hearing aid repaired during the Shelter-In-Place. My mother and I live in different states, and he recommended an excellent Audiologist in Arizona who will take care of her. Her previous doctor was trying to sell her a new hearing aid every three years with all the latest apps which she doesn't even use. Dr. Frink talked to me about the life of hearing aids, the cost of repairing them, and when it may be time to replace them. The information was so helpful (both mentally and financially!) and I am so grateful for his kindness and generosity with his time, talking to me over the phone for about half an hour, when I know he is a busy man. He really does care about helping people, and making sure they get what is right for them! Thank you!
