My 96 year old mother had a great experience when going in to get tested for new hearing aids. She was satisfied with how she was welcomed the moment she came into their office. The Dr. took the time to review everything with me on a phone call as I live 2000 miles away. I am so excited to have my mother hearing and communicating with me and her other grown children because of the recommendations that were made and the process started to receive the best product for her hearing. I want to thank all of the staff and Dr. at Associated Audiologist for caring about my mom and others.
