Looking for a hearing specialist for my mom I found Dr. Soto. He is not just a very smart and knowledgeable doctor, he is an amazing person that always treat my mom like his mom. He is very sweet, respectful and caring. When we go there we feel like we belong to a family. His wife is very sweet and Fransheska as well. I highly recommend him.

I am very happy with Altamonte Family Hearing and my new Oticon hearing aids. I have worn hearing aids for quite awhile but have never had such a thorough hearing test or such quality hearing aids. Jaysee Soto is wonderful. I wish I had found him sooner.

There are so many places to buy hearing aides today but there's only one place I would go. Altamonte Family Hearing in Altamonte Springs. Everyone is very courteous and professional. You can pick which pair you need then you don't just walk away. You get hearing tests to make sure the pair you buy are adjusted just for your needs. So it's far more than a store where attention to your needs is lacking. I can't say enough about JAycee, Grace and Francesca who make you feel like a family member. You just can't find that kind of attention anywhere else.

Family Hearing is an absolutely wonderful practice. I went there with my Mother who insisted that the previous center didn't know what they were doing. She was right. JC fit my Mom with the best aids she's ever had and she kept pestering me to let JC check out the current aids I had which I hated. I can only say what a difference I love the new aids!!! JC has the most up to date tests and listens to you. He will match you with the perfect aids for you. When my Mom and I go in we feel like family. As you can see I cannot say enough about them we love them and have found hearing for life!!

Altamonte Family Hearing is a great place. Jaysee and Grace really understand and provide true customer service. I bought Oticon hearing aids about 6 months ago and what a difference they have made! I chose Altamonte Family Hearing on basis of the excellent reviews they get and I am very happy that I did! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

After receiving his state licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, he worked diligently to obtain his National Board-Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. His passion for reconnecting others to the sound of life is the driving force to providing his patients with the highest quality hearing healthcare solutions.
After years of working with industry-leading manufacturers and helping hundreds of patients reconnect to their loved ones, Jaysee opened Altamonte Family Hearing to help treat the hearing impaired in his community. He incorporates his love and understanding of technology to program the clearest hearing instruments available. Changing patient’s lives through better hearing is wonderful to him and seeing how his patients are positively impacted is why he gets up every day to do what he does.
