Dr. Romero does not pressure you to pick from pre-selected "favored" HAs like so many do, and does encourage you to test HAs risk free to truly try them out in your actual environment. All of my informed and technical questions were answered. Pricing is good (note that brand price controls make for limited discounts).

I was looking for a place to bring my grandmother in for a pair of hearing aids and am so happy we decided to go with Romero Hearing Aids after reading all of the great reviews. My grandma got a hearing test from Nathan, who explained her results in detail and in ways we could understand. He’s knowledgeable and patient and we were able to get the hearing aids ordered right away. Once we got the hearing aids, Nathan went above and beyond to make sure everything fit and worked perfectly. He took time to show my grandma how everything worked. Overall, it was a great and easy experience. I definitely recommend this place!

Nathan is very detailed and took his time to properly tune and adjust my hearing aids. He paid special attention to my hearing aid's fit, comfort, appearance and calibration. It took four visits (which could have been done remotely) to get it perfect. It is easy to see that Nathan enjoys his work and helping others. I'm a very satisfied customer.
