At this point, there is not an option for a rechargeable CROS/BICROS with the Phonak Belong series. I check every so often when I call Phonak because it would be an amazing option to offer those with an un-aidable ear. This information that I have been given is that the battery voltage is not compatible with the requirements necessary when streaming with the CROS/BICROS system at this time. The Belong series does have a CROS option (CROS-B) but it is not with the rechargeable battery.
The CROS is available for the Audeo and Bolero B, but not for the B-R rechargeable versions. The reason is because the additional battery drain required for the CROS technology makes it incompatible, and the transmitter would like not be able to last the entire day.
The CROS aid is available for the Audeo B, but it is not compatible with a B-R (rechargeable).
No manufacturer currently makes a rechargeable CROS transmitter. You could use a zpower charger with the Signia or Starkey CROS systems. But I would not recommend it because you would likely only get 12 hours on a charge. The issue is high battery drain in these systems.
Update: Phonak did release a rechargeable version of the CROS and BiCROS devices in 2018. They offer excellent reliability in terms of battery life and wireless transmission from the dead or poorer ear to the better or normal hearing ear.
[Edited] Original response (2017): The CROS or BiCROS hearing devices are not available with rechargeable batteries at this time.
