I had a damaged hearing aid and Jim Harris not only fixed the damage, but pointed out that the hearing aids had additional capabilities for enhanced hearing profiles. Mr. Harris added the profiles and was a complete professional. I highly recommend Live Better Hearing as the place to go for hearing aid assistance.

Knowledgeable, personable, easy to understand. I was very impressed and will be making a follow-up appointment. I find myself asking for people to repeat what they said, and rely on reading lips a lot. Excited for myself and also my patient family, to try hearing aids. Her opinion on which type and strength really made matters easy. Highly recommend Dr. Young.
